Friend of FHT Director Huisheng Chen sumbitted to him this print image of a tablet from Qing dynasty (1636-1912). On the right is a image of a bird of prey and the permit serial number of "Guang"1125, which means this is for Guangdong Province. On the right is writes: all officers and soldiers, who keeps hawks have to carry this tablet, you will be punished if you didn't carry it or if you borrow/lent the table from/to someone else.
