This is the article dedicated to 70th anniversary of Dr Vladimir Valentinovich Ivanovski. He was active falconer in the 1970's and 1980's and then became the raptor biologist. During last 30 years he built more than 600 artificial nests for rare birds of prey listed in the Red Data Book of the ex-USSR and then Republic of Belarus. He was and is teacher and mentor for 3 Byelorussian falconers. One of them - Sergei Usov is the Chairman of Belarussian Falconers Club now.
