Netsuke depicts Princess Fuji and her falconer: the princess is wearing a kimono with incised decoration, a large flat circular hat and carries a spray of wisteria over one shoulder. The Falconer is kneeling beside her with a falcon on his arm; two himotoshi on the back of the princess.
